Detailed Itinerary

• Day : 1 Kathmandu arrival.

  Upon your arrival to Kathmandu, our company representative will receive you from airport and drop you to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.

• Day : 2 Kathmandu sightseeing.

  Today after breakfast, we will be heading for Kathmandu sightseeing tour. We will be visiting Pashupatinath temple (the sacred temple), Swambhunath stupa (monkey temple) and Budhanilkantha (sleeping Vishnu). Back to hotel, overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.

• Day : 3 Kathmandu to Lhasa flight and Transfer to Hotel (3,650).

  Today early morning we have a flight to Lhasa. Upon arrival to Lhasa our Tibetan guide will receive you and transfer you to the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Lhasa.

• Day : 4 Lhasa sightseeing.

  After breakfast, we will proceed for sightseeing tour around Lhasa and drive towards Potala Palace. Potala Palace initially was built by Tubi King Songzan Ganpo in seven century A.D., but the current scale was enlarged by Dalai Lama during 17th century. After visiting Potala Palace we will visit Jokhang Temple-the oldest temple in Tibet, built by King Songzan Ganpo in seven century A.D. Drive back to hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Lhasa.

• Day : 5 Lhasa to Gyantse drive (3950).

  Today after breakfast, we will be driving towards Gyantse from Lhasa. On the way to Gyantse we will cross the passes named Kamba La (4794 m) and Karo La (5010 m) in between these two high passes your trail pass a long drive along the beach of the stunning and emerge Lake called Yamadroke-Tso with the beautiful view of some snow-capped mountains in the south. Overnight stay at Gyantse.

• Day : 6 Gyantse to Shigatse drive (3,900m).

  After having breakfast, we will go to visit Khumbum stupa and Palkhor monastery at Gyantse then drive to Shigatse. About 2 hrs. drive from Gyantse we will reach Shigatse. Overnight stay at hotel in Shigatse.

• Day : 7 Drive from Shigatse to Shegar (4,050m).

  Today after breakfast we will be driving towards Shegar which is also known as the New Tingri. We will be going Shegar to be prepared for drive to Rongbuk to explore Everest base camp the next day. Overnight stay at hotel or lodge in Shegar.

• Day : 8 Shegar to Rongbuk (4,980m).

  After having breakfast we will drive to Rongbuk monastery. It is positioned below the gigantic north face of Mt.Everest. Overnight stay at hotel or lodge in Rongbuk.

• Day : 9 Excursion to Everest Base camp (North face) (5,150m) and drive to Tingri.

  Early morning we will start trekking from the Rongbu monastery to Everest Base Camp and after that we will drive towards Tingri. Overnight stay at hotel or lodge in Tingri.

• Day : 10 Tingri to Saga drive (4,580m).

  After having breakfast at Tingri we will start driving towards Saga. Overnight stay at guest house in Saga.

• Day : 11 Saga to Lake Manasarover drive (4,560m).

  After breakfast we will be heading towards Lake Manasarovar through a small dusty town of Dongba among enchanting panoramic views. Overnight stay at guest house.

• Day : 12 Lake Manasarovar to Darchen drive (4,550m).

  Today we will take bath at Lake Manasarovar and do puja and havan there. After the exploration of Lake Manasarovar we will start our drive to Darchen. Overnight stay at darchen.

• Day : 13 Darchen to Dirapuk Trek/walk (4,765m) for Mt. Kailash Parikrama.

  Today early morning we will drive to Yamadwar and after visiting yamadwar we will trek to derapuk -Kailash Parikrama. Overnight stay at Dirapuk.

• Day : 14 Dirapuk to Zuthulpuk Trek /Walk (5,610m).

  Today we will be trekking to Zuthulpuk crossing over the Drolma-La pass. Overnight stay at Zuthulpuk.

• Day : 15 Zuthulpuk to Darchen and Drive to Lake Manasarovar (4,560m).

  Today we will trek back to darchen and from darchen drive towards Lake Manasarovar. Overnight stay at guest house / lodge.

• Day : 16 Drive from Lake Manasarovar to Saga.

  Today we will drive back to Saga from Lake Manasarovar. Overnight stay at Saga.

• Day : 17 Drive from Saga to Kerung (3,700m).

  After morning breakfast, we will start our drive to Kerung. Overnight stay at Kerung.

• Day : 18 Kerung to Kathmandu via syabrubesi.

  Today after early morning breakfast, we will start our drive back to Kathmandu via syabrubesi. Overnight stay at hotel in Kathmandu.

• Day : 19 Final Departure.

  Today our company representative will drop you to the airport for the final departure. We wish you have a safe journey home.
